A B.Sc. (Hons.) graduate from the UK, Sunil Vaswani has a highly successful business background, operating at an international level for more than 20 years. Over the years, he has developed and maintained mutually rewarding relationships with many international companies and institutions in Europe, Asia and Africa, resulting in the exponential growth of Stallion Group.
As a leading businessman with a long and distinguished career in West Africa, he is very conversant with the problems and prospects in various business sectors including financial services, energy, manufacturing, small scale industry and rural industry. In his current initiative, he is spearheading Stallion into large import substitution projects, aimed at aligning Stallion's objectives with the economic goals of Nigeria and other regional countries.
His current business activities also include management and expansion of business lines in the Middle East market.
Haresh Vaswani
Group Vice Chairman
Haresh Vaswani is an MBA and BA (Hons) from the UK. Further to a decade of marketing experience in the West African market, he formulates marketing strategies to help successfully implement Stallion's challenging business plans in the target markets.
His expertise in strategizing the sales and marketing of automobiles has lead to the overall success of the group's wide array of prime automobile franchises.
Mahesh Vaswani
Group Managing Director
Mr. Mahesh Vaswani is the Managing Director of the Stallion Group. Since completing his B.Sc. (Economics) from the UK, he has developed a broad range of experience within the diversified business lines of Stallion Group that includes commodities, automobiles, manufacturing and services.
Through his thorough knowledge of the business processes, he provides pro active management expertise at the global level across various management functions.
Gautham Vijay
Managing Director - Commodities
A Honours Graduate in Commerce and a qualified Cost Accountant, Gautham is the functional head of the Commodities trading operations. He has managed his division into expanding aggressively in West Africa, with an extensive geographical reach in the region, particularly on rice, sugar, fertilizers and a host of other commodities.
Jeyakumar P
Managing Director - International Trading
A Graduate in Science and a Chartered Accountant, Jeyakumar spearheads the global operations related to all trading product lines with a specialized focus on Sea Food and other food products. His well rounded experience of more than a decade in the frozen fish product line has resulted in establishing the group as a market leader in the respective markets. His functional areas include business strategy, product development, sourcing, supply chain management, operational control and market placement.
Prakash Aildasani
Managing Director - Frozen Seafood
Prakash is responsible for one of Stallion's most critical business line - the Frozen Seafood. His functions include general management, sales strategy, operational management, facilities management and man management. He comes with more than 10 years of experience in hard core selling of bulk commodities in the most complex markets.
Raju Sawlani
Managing Director - Automobiles
Raju heads Stallion's prestigious array of exclusive automobile dealerships and is responsible for enhancing the market presence and brand equity across the stipulated territories. His 20 plus years of experience in business management, is well strengthened by his specific expertise on automobile sales and marketing.
Anil Rupani
Executive Director - Manufacturing
This multi faceted personality is the functional head the Group's manufacturing endeavors that are quite diverse and complex. His role in this crucial position has assisted the group in developing manufacturing projects that involve extensive value addition locally.
Jani D P
Executive Director - Internal Audit & Controls
A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Jani is the functional head of the Internal Audit and Controls for the company. His functions include the entire ambit of internal audit and special management assignments. Jani brings in more than 15 years of experience in audit, accounting and financial control functions in diverse industries.
Mr. Vinay Tuteja
Executive Director - Finance
A qualified Chartered accountant and Cost Accountant by education, Vinay is responsible for the Finance and Treasury functions of the group. His exposure in this senior role to the entire range of corporate finance functions and local banking institutions is critical to Stallion's business plans.
